A short walk from the RN Submarine Museum in Gosport is Haslar Marina, which is where the preserved/restored HDML Medusa is normally berthed. The marina itself isn't open to the public, but there is a public fishing pier immediately adjacent to it that will get you within about 20ft of Medusa.
