Refusal by Britain to sell surplus naval material to Yugoslavia
On 21 February 1923, the British Embassy in the United States sent a letter to the US Government advising them of a refusal of the British Government to sell to the Serb-Croat-Slovene Government a part of the British naval material rendered surplus by the Washington Naval Treaty. It is not clear what material was being referred to.
