Nation	Response to original 12 month truce, 1 Nov 1931 – 1 Nov 1932	Response to four month extension to armaments truce, 1 Nov 1932 – 1 Mar 1933.
Afghanistan		Accepted subject to: All states (especially neighboring countries) accept the truce. The truce will not prevent the current program being carried out If any unforeseen circumstances compel Afghanistan to increase its armaments, Afghanistan will not be bound to observe the truce.

Australia		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Austria		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Belgium		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Bulgaria		Accepted unconditionally
Canada		Accepted unconditionally
Chile		Accepted unconditionally
China		Rejected until the Sino-Japanese dispute has been solved.
Colombia		Accepted unconditionally
Costa Rica		Accepted unconditionally
Cuba		Accepted unconditionally
Czechoslovakia
Denmark		Accepted unconditionally
Egypt		Accepted unconditionally
Estonia		Accepted unconditionally
Finland		Accepted unconditionally
France		Accepted conditional upon it being observed by the countries adjacent to France
Greece		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Guatemala		Accepted unconditionally
Haiti		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Hungary		Accepted on the condition that the truce should not signify the postponement of the reduction of armaments.
India		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
Irish Free State		Accepted subject to the interpretation of the truce set out in the final sentence of paragraph 5 and in paragraph 6 of Section 5, Part I, of the report of the Third Committee to the twelfth session of the Assembly.
Italy		Accepted subject to acceptance by the other Governments.
Japan		Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce, and conditional upon Japan’s neighbours being bound by the same obligations as Japan.
Latvia		Accepted unconditionally

Luxemburg	Accepted unconditionally
Mexico
Netherlands

USA	Accepted provided that like action is taken by the other principal military and naval powers, and on the understanding that the proposed truce shall not apply to construction which had begun or for which contracts had been let prior to its entry into force.	Accepted under the same conditions as the original truce.
USSR	Accepted, conditional upon other Governments making simultaneous undertaking, and clarity being achieved regarding reservations made by other Governments.
